Jake Simpson Chef

    In September 2014, Jake took over the reins as chef de cuisine at Bocca di Lupo, working under chef patron Jacob Kenedy to lead a restaurant producing some of the best Italian cuisine in the country. Jake’s career began with Jeremy Lee at the Blueprint Café, after which he followed him and the kitchen team to re-open Quo Vadis.

    Since opening in 2008, Bocca di Lupo has received various awards for its regional Italian cuisine.
