Highly acclaimed chef, Sophie Braimbridge was trained by the Roux Brothers and has cooked in some of the world’s leading restaurants, including Le Gavroche and the River Cafe in London, and Chez Panisse in San Francisco.
What Sophie doesn’t know about Italian cooking isn’t worth knowing. A chef, writer and cookery presenter, she has been coming to Italy for 20 years to impart her depth of knowledge to an ever growing, always enthusiastic group of followers. She has written several books, including “The Food of Italy” and “Simply Italian.”
We are delighted to announce the dates when Sophie will be joining us at Villa Casagrande to host two more cookery courses on the 10th-16th May and 7th-13th June 2015. Known for her innovative, humorous style, her lessons are relaxed, engaging and informative, and her recipes rich in content and technique.
