A full immersion in adventurous, hands-on cookery classes working alongside truly inspirational chefs

We have been asked time and again if we would consider exporting the Stirred brand and concept back to the UK to cater for all those people who might not have the time or the opportunity to travel to Italy to indulge in a week long residential culinary experience.

A full immersion in adventurous, hands-on cookery classes working alongside truly inspirational chefs using only the very best local, seasonal produce, indulging in delicious food and top-flight wines and relaxing in glorious surroundings. What’s not to like?

So here we are. We’ve teamed up with Unique Home Stays, the experts in sourcing the most aspirational, evocative properties discoverable in the UK and Jeremy Lee, the much-loved chef proprietor of Soho’s Quo Vadis to launch an innovative, three night residential gastronomic extravaganza in the heart of the British countryside.
